Accounts and access

Availability: Team user and role controls, email confirmation, administrator reset and tenant controls are built locally. Release-image and Dev checks for these new forms are pending.

An administrator can create a user, choose roles and grant folder access through Team & Roles. Users only see work in their permitted account and folders.

Confirm email

From Log in, choose Confirm email. Paste the code from your ThankTank email. Codes last 24 hours and work once. Do not share the code or put it in a web address.

If your administrator left your password blank, enter a new password and repeat it. Otherwise, leave both password fields blank to keep your password, or fill them to replace it. Use 8–128 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters and a number. Allowed symbols are ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ); no spaces. Your account may have stronger rules.

Choose Confirm email, then Log in. Codes and passwords clear after each send attempt. Invalid, expired or used codes cannot confirm an account; ask your administrator for a new code. Changing your email or password can also invalidate a code. An old app's confirmation code does not work here.

If the reply is lost, try signing in before making another change. If too many attempts were made, wait before trying again. Ask your administrator if you still cannot sign in. This page does not offer public password recovery.

Request another code while signed in

Local checks pass; Dev acceptance is pending.

Open Preferences → Email confirmation to check your saved email. If it is not confirmed, choose Resend confirmation. This requests a code; it does not prove that email arrived. Use Confirm email to enter the code.

If a reply is lost, check your inbox before requesting another code. If you reach the request limit, wait. Recheck email status only reads your account; it never resends a code. Confirmed accounts do not show the resend button.

Passwords and access

An administrator can reset a password after entering their own password. A reset ends that user's portal sessions. Users can also use Update Password to change their own password.

Account notices never include a password. Dev captures notices for testing instead of sending them to customers. A queued notice does not prove delivery.

Public signup, outside login and multi-factor sign-in are unavailable.

Preferences

Local checks pass; the Dev release check is pending.

Open Preferences, choose a Language, then Save. This saves your account preference. Portal text stays English. The saved theme appears for reference; theme changes are not available here.

If your language is no longer offered, the saved value stays visible. Ask your administrator if no languages appear. If saving fails or another session changed your preference, choose Reload preferences and review the saved value before trying again. Reloading discards your unsaved choice.
