What you can use

The new portal is still in development. A feature built locally may not yet appear on the Dev site. Your access also controls what you see. This page separates account tools from the sample workspace.

Account workspace

The account guide covers sign-in, organization choice, files, CSV uploads, Word templates, rules, profiles, publishing settings, job history, proof downloads and preparing letters. It also covers inventory, batches, stock changes, packages and Performance reports. New controls still need their Dev release checks.

Preparing letters creates proofs. Downloading a proof does not approve, print, email or mail it. Inventory totals and recorded dates do not prove delivery.

Tools still coming to the new portal

These tools are not connected screens in the new portal yet:

• A full invitation lifecycle and public password recovery. See Accounts and access.
• Batch preparation, physical-printer setup and delivery recovery. See Proofs and delivery.
• Imported donation/cost reports and their admin tools.
• A durable activity log.

Use Open existing app for retained tools your administrator has enabled. Some new behavior exists only in development, so an old screen may not offer it. Ask your administrator when a needed control is missing.

Sample and planned features

Explore the sample portal to try made-up jobs, approvals, support and stock changes. Nothing is sent. Staff preview does not grant account access.

Billing and plans are planned: bills separate the subscription, usage, and costs such as envelopes and postage. The portal does not collect payments or issue invoices yet. Sample prices and balances are not bills.

Donor lists, segments, suppression-list editing, CRM connections, campaigns, acquisitions, trials, eMarie, benchmarking, mobile tools and support booking are not live account features. Direct SFTP file pickup is planned; choosing an output transfer destination does not set up incoming files.
