Tenants
Availability: local component and desktop/phone browser checks pass with test data. Dev checks are still pending.
A tenant separates accounts and access. It is not an organization or folder. Only a host account with tenant-management access can use this page.
Create a tenant
- Open Tenants, then Create new tenant.
- Enter its Tenancy name and Name. The tenancy name starts with a letter and uses letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens.
- Enter a unique Admin email address and a strong Admin password. The email is also the first administrator's username.
- Choose Is active, then Save.
Creating a tenant does not create an organization or move existing work. The password is not emailed. A confirmation email is queued; a saved tenant does not prove the email arrived.
Edit or end access
Search by name or filter by active state, then choose Edit. Save changes to the names or active state. Clearing Is active requires confirmation because all users in that tenant lose access.
Delete tenant also ends access. It retains business data; it does not erase that data. Check the saved tenant name and type its tenancy name to confirm. Unsaved edits do not change which tenant is deleted.
If a save is denied, conflicts or loses its reply, reload saved tenants before trying again. A lost reply does not prove the change failed. Reloading or leaving the form discards unsaved changes only after confirmation.
